  • -How do I book an appointment?

    You can book your appointment on the website or through our Instagram account (clicking the “book now” button, do not DM us to make an appointment). We do not take reservations over the phone.

    -Do I pay in advance?

    Yes. In order to reserve your appointment you have to pay for it in advance.

    -What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept Paypal, debit or credit cards.

    -How to I tip?

    You can tip ahead of time when using a credit card. If using Paypal it does not allow you to leave a tip. We also accept cash tips

  • -I need to book earlier/ later than shop hours

    We offer earlier or later than regular operating hour appointments for an extra fee. This option is available for our location and travel appointments. Simply visit our scheduling page and select the option that corresponds with the service you prefer

  • -Where are you located?

    We service different locations depending on the day of the week. On our scheduling page our daily locations are listed to ensure your appointment is in a convenient location for you.

    -Can you travel to my residence or job?

    Yes. We can travel to you depending on your location. Areas of service include the Bronx, Washington Heights, Harlem, Inwood and Yonkers. Be sure to select the “Travel Barber” option on our scheduling page.

    We also provide services in New York City and Queens. Please be sure to select the correct option under “Travel Barber” on the booking page.

  • What is a BXLMB Membership?

    -A membership which enables customers to receive discounts on services & products (coming soon) through the Bronx Loyal Mobile Barber website. You will also be able to book your appointments up tp 30 days prior. Others will will only be able to book 7 days prior.

    Is there a cost?

    Yes, memberships are priced at $5 a month.

    How do I join?

    You can become a member by visiting the BXLMB Membership page.

    Can I cancel my membership?

    -Yes, you may cancel your membership at anytime. Please send us an email at gary.chimelis@bronxloyalmobilebarber.com and enter “cancel membership” in the subject line. Please be advised that your membership will cancel immediately and you will not longer have access to priority bookings or discounted ricing.

  • How do I purchase a Package?

    -Packages can be purchased on the Scheduling Page. The option is located on the bottom of the page.

    How do I use my Package?

    -Packages are discounted services. The Package purchased will determine how many haircuts can be redeemed.

    My package has expired what do I do?

    -All packages have an expiration date

    (3) Package products – 90-day expiration

    (5) Package products – 150-day expiration

    -Packages must be used within the expiration listed above Packages that have exhausted those days are not eligible for credit. Any unused packages will be surrendered, and refunds will not be issued.

  • How do I purchase a Gift Card?

    -Gift Cards can be purchased on the Scheduling Page. The option is located on the bottom of the page.

    How do I use my Gift Card?

    -Gift Cards can be applied to any service on product on the Bronx Loyal website

    My gift card has expired what do I do?

    -All gift cards must be used within 180 days from the date of purchasing. Cards that have exhausted those days are not eligible for credit. Any unused balances will be surrendered, and a refund of the remaining balance will not be issued.

  • -I am running late, what do I do?

    We understand that things may happen and offer our clients a 10-minute grace period. This grace period is to assist clients that need a little extra time if needed. Please be considerate of our other clients and their time. Only use when necessary.

    -Can I cancel my appointment?

    You can cancel your appointment (this does not include private/ community events) 24 hours in advance. We do not accept cancelations with less than 24-hour notice.

    -I need to reschedule my appointment

    You can reschedule your appointment with more than 24-hour notice at any time. Simply visit the email you received when you booked your appointment. On the bottom of the email, you will see the reschedule button option. If your appointment takes place less than 24-hours, you can only reschedule your appointment the same day. Unfortunately, if there is no availability the same day your money will forfeited, and our employees will be compensated for that time.

  • -Do you participate in private events?

    Yes. We do provide services for private events. Please be sure to check out our events page and submit a form. We will contact you to discuss pricing.

    -Do you participate in community events?

    Community is a big part of our mission. You can check out our events page and submit a form. We will contact you to discuss in further detail.

    -Do you provide services for weddings?

    We do have groomsmen services available for your big day. Please be sure to check out our events page and select the option that is convenient for you and your party.
